I’m going to let you in on a little secret, I don’t actually like eating fruit cakes, however I love to make them. There is something special about a well made super tasty fruit cake sitting on your family’s Christmas table and its the perfect gift for someone who has everything. Lots of love goes into our fruit cakes. Fruit is hand cut and soaked for months, then infused with our Christmas spice mix. Topped with nuts, they are then baked long and slow, keeping them moist. Once out of the oven we finish them with a brandy, orange and vanilla syrup.
